Shipping & Returns

All of our items are Handmade to order and require a 2 to 3 weeks turn around time before shipping.  Items are shipped First Class through USPS which typically takes 3 to 5 business days.  Mount Zi will provide you with tracking information once the package has shipped but is not liable for lost packages.  Mount Zi also does not guarantee delivery times since we cannot control the process USPS follows once the package has been gives to them.  

Returns
Our items are handmade and made to order. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item was received damaged. If the item is damaged, it is the buyers responsibility to contact Mount Zi within 7 business days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, have original tags and be in the original packaging. In this case, a new item will be made and shipped once the damaged item is received by Mount Zi.

In the event that an item was made in a custom size or print, returns are not available.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If it is not approved you may receive the item back as is upon request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or in the rare event that an incorrect item was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mountzidesign@gmail.com.  No changes in size or color will be made in the event that an exchange is appropriate.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3575 Rock Shelf Ln Round Rock Texas US 78681; HOWEVER, do not mail an item until you have contacted Mount Zi

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
